Ben STOTT is the Bicton area specialist sales representative for local Agency Ross and Galloway (who have just completed 50 years of service to our community). We discussed various aspects of our proposed sale of our home with several real estate agents operating in the Bicton area and examined their proposals for sale which each included method of sales presentation, marketing plan and costs. We chose Ross and Galloway and in particular Ben Stott because Ben LISTENED to us and based his marketing suggestions on our wants. To this end he ran a reasonably short campaign with excellent presentation, promoted the property to other Agents both in the area and in areas that had a history of people moving from to Bicton, marketed to clients and prospective clients with whom he had contact and who he thought may be interested in our property. Best of all Ben weeded out the ‘stickybeaks and tyre kickers’. This resulted in quality inspections by only interested parties. During the marketing period, Ben gave us a lot of feedback and frequent reports on client interest and comment. This resulted in a positive outcome within our marketing period. In our opinion, Ben Stott of Ross and Galloway provided a sales experience that was what we wanted and beyond expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to persons seeking to sell in the Bicton area in a manner like ourselves.
